Joe Bishop opened with a raise to 100,000 from early position before Alan Gould made it 400,000 to go from middle position. Albert Kim then bumped it up once again, to 1.1 million from the cutoff. The blinds folded, as did Bishop, before Gould moved all in for 2.1 million in total. Kim made the call.
