The flop came {5-Hearts} {4-Clubs} {2-Hearts} and the small blind check-called Black's bet of 200. The turn fell the {6-Spades} and again the small blind checked. Black bet 350. His opponent raised to 1,100 and Black moved all in for 1,200. The small blind quickly called and the players showed:

Opponent: {7-Spades} {8-Diamonds}

Black's six-high straight was no good against his opponent's eight-high straight. The river fell the {9-Spades} and Black headed for the rail.
