Eugene Todd was involved briefly in a massive 46,000 pot that eventually went to a newly-unearthed player in Anthony Keshish. The flurry of action started under the gun, with a preflop raise to 1,800 being called by both Keshish and Todd, the latter of whom was playing from the button.
Facing a continuation bet of 7,000 on a flop, Keshish pushed all in for 16,200, only for Eugene to concede his hand moments later. The under-the-gun player made the call and we had a showdown.
With Keshish's pocket threes in dominating shape against his opponent's A-Q, he simply had to avoid a potential runner-runner outdraw, which he did indeed do, the turn and river causing no change.
As a result, Keshsish jumps up to 46,000, whilst Todd drops to 12,200.
