He's experienced a slice of good fortune today though, having doubled through with jacks versus queens, all in on a 6-6-4 flop with a third knave arriving on the river.
A few rounds later he surpassed the 20,000 mark, his kings holding up against queens. At time of writing though, he has lost a couple of minor pots and is now hovering around 18,000.
