Right near the end of Level 2, Jerry Yang limped from under the gun, a middle-position player limped, and another player raised to 2,625. Yang called the bet, leaving himself about 2,600 behind. The MP player also called, and the three of them saw the flop come out {Q-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{5-Spades}.

Yang went all in, and when the MP player folded, Yang turned over his hand -- {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} -- mistakenly thinking the third player was already all in as well. In fact, he still had over 5,000 behind. After seeing Yang's hand and doing a bit of math, he went ahead and made the call, showing {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}.

The turn was the {4-Hearts} and Yang was still alive. But the river brought the {K-Diamonds}, and Yang hit the rail.
