McKeehen Turns Ace to Crack Cowboy's; Doubles Through Petten

Level 4 : 100/200, 200 ante

Joe McKeehen opened for 600 from the cutoff and was called by Paul Petten on the button. Action folded around to the big blind player who three-bet to 3,300 and he was called by McKeehen. Petten four-bet to 13,500 sending the big blind player into the tank and after using an extra 30-second time card, mucked his hand. Action was back on McKeehen who jammed for roughly a 30,000 starting stack and was called by Petten.

Joe McKeehen: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Paul Petten: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

McKeehen was behind and nothing changed after the {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{9-Spades} flop.

The turn however, fell the {a-Hearts} giving McKeehen the lead but Petten picked up the nut flush draw.

McKeehen needed to dodge any heart or king on the river and did as it fell the {7-Clubs} giving him the double-up.
