Multiple Players Vie For the Top on Final Day of the $3,250 High Roller

It is time for Day 2 of the $3,250 High Roller at Foxwoods (Connecticut). 19 players return to action at 2 p.m. local time and will play down to the eventual circuit ring winner.

Registration is still open until the start of play, so there may be a few more entries who will join the 19 remaining to take a shot at the title and the money to create the total prizepool numbers.

Sitting at the top of the chip counts with a small chip lead is WSOP Circuit Ring winner Luke Graham. The Florida native enters the day with 155,500 in chips. He is looking for another big score in 2019 after having two large ones this year, including a deep run at the WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas, finishing in 29th place.

Second in chips with 149,000 is WSOPc grinder Dennis Brand. Hailing from Sugarland, TX, Brand has already put together a very productive 2019/20 WSOP circuit season already having eight total cashes from Choctaw, Cherokee and at this stop in Foxwoods where he has three.

Well known Brazilian player Josias Santos, who now calls Kissimee, FL home is third in chips as he brings back a 145,500 stack. He will be looking to make his first really big score on the WSOP circuit today.

Connecticut local Tarun Gulati is the fourth player above 140,000 and in the striking distance of the chip lead as he has a stack of 141,500 entering the day. The vast majority of Gulati’s WSOP resume includes results from his home casino here in Foxwoods as he will look to add another one today.

Several other players enter today with a chance for the money and the title, including Adam Demersseman (125,000), well-known Massachusetts playerMatthew Wantman (121,500), two time circuit ring winner Steven Tabb (93,500) and local Connecticut circuit ring winner Dave Stefanski (71,500).

Play will restart at level 13 with blinds at 1,000/2,000 and with a 2,000 big blind ante with the average chip stack at 38 big blinds. Levels are 40 minutes in length, there will be a 15-minute break every three levels and a 60-minute dinner break is scheduled for after level 21, which will approximately be at 8:30 p.m.

PokerNews will bring all the Day 2 action to your screens as the High Roller will play down to a champion.
