Egi Adriaans Eliminated in 11th Place (€7,009)

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

After losing the coin flip against Micha Hoedemaker, Egi Adriaans and his nemesis once again clashed. This time, it was Hoedemaker who opened to 32,000 from the cutoff. Adriaans shoved 207.000 from the small blind and Hoedemaker called directly.

Egi Adriaans: {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}
Micha Hoedemaker: {A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}

The {Q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{J-Clubs} on the flop kept Adriaans in the lead, as did the {6-Diamonds} on the turn. However, his hopes and dreams of becoming the first ever WSOP Circuit Main Event champion in The Netherlands came crashing down as the {Q-Clubs} landed on the river.

After the initial shock, Adriaans quickly regained his composure and shook hands with his tablemates before heading to the payout desk. The Belgian collected €7,009 for his 11th place finish.
