Three Streets of Value for Campanello

Bryan Campanello opened to 80,000 on the button, Brent Hale defended from the big blind, and the dealer fanned {q-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. Hale checked, Campanello continued for 65,000, and Hale called.

The turn was another queen - the {q-Spades} - and Hale checked again. Campanello quickly reached for chips, then tossed out 140,000. Hale tank-called.

The {8-Clubs} completed the board - and a possible club flush - and Hale checked a third and final time. Campanello reached for a rainbow variety of pink T100,000 chips, green T25,000 chips, and grey T5,000 chips, and tossed out 230,000. Hale sat quietly for the better part of two minutes, then made the call.

Campanello ripped over {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for trip queens, and Hale folded. Campanello now has over three million chips, while Hale is down to 400,000.
