Hesser Triples Before Break

A group of players and spectators encircled around Table 17 to watch a three-way all in, and just as we arrived, the dealer was mucking the board. What we did see is that William Hesser had {q-Spades}{9-Spades} in front of him, and two other players held {7-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}.

According to David Clark, the money went in on a flop of {8-}{7-}{2-} with two spades. The player with a set of eights bet 3,000, the player with seven-deuce called, and Hesser moved all in for 26,000. The player with the set re-shoved for 60,000, and the player with two pair overcalled.

The turn was the {j-Spades}, giving Hesser his flush, and the river did not pair the board. He tripled to around 110,000 chips.
