Tuan Phan's chipstack fluctuates too fast too keep an eye on. He's proven that he likes action and his range is any two cards. Mike Steinberg was on the button and moved all in preflop with no action in front of him. Phan was in the big blind and sat motionless staring directly at Steinberg.
"You want action?" Phan asked.
Steinberg didn't reply and Phan asked again, "You want action? You want me to double you up?"
Phan must have asked him another three times before announcing a call.
