Brody Doubles Twice Through MacDonald

Level 27 : 15,000/30,000, 4,000 ante

Jon Brody has been on the short stack for much of Day 3. That isn't the case any longer.

First, MacDonald shoved with the bigger stack and Brody called all in for 349,000 with {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}, dominating MacDonald's {A-Hearts}{5-Spades}. The board ran out {K-Spades}{3-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} to secure the double for Brody.

Shortly after that, MacDonald slowplayed the flopped nut flush on an {A-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Spades}{K-Diamonds} board. A raising war after the {9-Diamonds} river ensued and MacDonald found himself shipping the chips to Brody again. MacDonald's {K-Spades}{6-Spades} fell to Brody's rivered full house with {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}.

The bottom line?

Brody: Up to about 1,450,000
MacDonald: Down to roughly 1,470,000
