Mark Smith, a professional horse racer/breeder and owner of the largerst privately-owned public utility in Kentucky, goes by the nickname "Pegasus" and has made quite the name for himself on the WSOPC. He has amassed 20 WSOPC cashes amounting to $448,187 and is the unofficial 2009/2010 WSOP Circuit Event Player of the Year.
In addition, Smith holds four gold rings (which is tied for most with Men "The Master" Nguyen) for victories in the following events:

If "Pegasus" can pull some magic and win his fifth ring in this Main Event, he will break the tie with Nguyen and become the all-time leading ring winner. He is in good shape to make a run, currently sitting with 42,000.
