Touil and Trouble

Fabrice Touil has been active as per usual today, most recently raising on the button to 18k. This was followed by an Andrew Teng big blind re-raise of another 46k on top. Touil wasn't going anywhere and made the call, seeing a 
flop, on which Teng bet out 67k. Touil hesitated only a moment before moving all in. This was a big bet - 300k - and enough to generate a dwell-fold from Teng.
Fast forward a few hands though, and Touil called a Michel Bouskila preflop raise to 18k only to find button Steven van Zadelhoff moving all in.
