Full House Over Full House Again

Level 4 : 250/500, 75 ante

For the second time today, we just witnessed a hand play out that saw a full house beat another full house. Earlier, it was Jonathan Duhamel besting Peco Stojanovski, and this time it was Vanessa Rousso beating Daniel Neilson.

On the {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop, Rousso bet 2,200. Neilson called, and then Greg Merson folded before the two players saw the {9-Clubs} turn card come out. It was here that Rousso slowed down with a check, and Neilson bet 4,800. Rousso called.

The river was the {J-Diamonds}, and Rousso checked. Neilson thought, then bet 13,500. Rousso quickly called with the {J-Spades}{J-Clubs} for a rivered full house. Neilson showed the {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for a turned full house, but Rousso's was bigger and she won the pot.
