Event #12: Win the Button, Starts at Noon

Welcome to continuing coverage of the World Cup of Cards (WCC) from Playground Poker Club. Today is Event #12: Win the Button. This is a CAD $110 buy in No- Limit Hold em tournament with a CAD $4,000. The starting stack is 15,000 and the levels are 20 minutes. It's basically a No-Limit Hold em tournament with one difference. That difference is actually a pretty big deal and should lead to an action packed day; you have to win a hand to get the button.

The WCC schedule has been a fun one, with several non-Hold em events and events such as this. With buyins ranging from $100 all the way to $5,000, the WCC has something for everyone, from the most loyal Playground Poker regular, to traveling players looking for some value. They even scheduled a tournament that raised more than $20,000 for the Starlight Foundation Canada earlier in the series.

Event #12 of the World Cup of Cards kicks off at noon.
