Phillips Clinches the Chip Lead

Level 19 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Sam Phillips started the day with 6,050,000 and now has more than triple that amount after scooping up a big three-way all-in.

According to Ema Zajmovic, Phillips opened the pot and Mark A flat-called. Brent Wajcman was short-stacked and shoved, prompting Phillips to re-shove. Mark snapped him off and tabled two kings, up against Phillips' ace-queen and Wajcman's ace-ten.

The flop brought three spades, and each of the three players held one. Fortunately for Phillips, he had the ace of spades. The river brought a fourth spade and he doubled through Mark while eliminating Wajcman.

Phillips now sits on just shy of 20 million in chips at the top of the leader board.
