Wonder8 Main Event Day 2 Gets Underway in Marrakech at 13.00 Local Time
The Main Event is the last big one event left at the Wonder8, with 64 players returning among the 211 entries. They are lead by GRJ (Julian Galan) who is our runaway chipleader at the moment, bagging up more than 402,000 chips, close to his nearest rival Alexandre De Zutter with 397,000. The French player, with $316,733 total live earning, will be a serious opponent and has his eyes on his victory in Marocco
There are still some big names still in contention, including Anas Tadini, Thierry Morel, Jer?me Zerbib or Jean-Jacques Zeitoun. Others include Sarah Herzali, Marius Conan or Jaouad Abida.
The prizepool has been announced yesterday and 31 players will be in the money, with a minimum paycheck of MAD 14,000 (€1,290), while the winner will bring back home the trophy and MAD 330,000 (€30,421).
