"Taxi for Trumper"
"Mad" Marty Wilson has been one of the most enthusiastic people in attendance here at the FTP UKIPT Galway Festival. He's usually in the Players' Lounge coordinating billiard tournaments, but today he is in action at the same table as Simon Trumper, who is a well-known tournament director in the UK. The two friends recently squared off in a rather entertaining hand.
It began when Wilson opened for 700 from early position and Trumper called from the big blind. Both players checked the 
flop and then Wilson, in his lovable voice, began to shout, "Taxi for Trumper. Taxi for Trumper."
Trumper proceeded to check the 
turn and then called when Wilson min-bet 300. When the 
completed the board on the river, Trumper led out for 600 and Wilson snap called with the 
. It was good as Trumper sent his cards to the muck.
"Taxi for Trumper," Wilson continued as the tabled let out a collective chuckle.
