After a large turnout in last week's event, The Mid-States Poker Tour is kicking off their final flight in their second event with The Mid-States Poker Tour $1,100 No-Limit Hold’em at Venetian Las Vegas. The final chance for players to get a piece of the $1,500,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Yesterday’s flight saw a total of 822 entrants come out to play with Tonio Roder leading the remaining 101 players of the flight with 874,000. Other players that bagged last flight included MSPT Champion Ethan “Rampage” Yau (437,000) and WSOP bracelet winner Cord Garcia (300,000).

Given that this is the final flight, many players are expected to make an appearance today, including MSPT 2021 player of the year Kyna England, Dan Bekavac, Aaron Johnson, Josh Reichard, and Rich Alsup.

The players will sit down with 25,000 in starting chips with blinds beginning at 100/100 and a 100 big blind ante. Blinds will last 40 minutes with a 15-minute break after every three levels. A 60-minute dinner break will occur after Level 9 and once the dinner break is completed, registration will be closed for that flight.

The players will bag up and return on Day 2 once they complete 15 levels. Stay tuned to PokerNews for all updates regarding the Mid-States Poker Tour.
