Gonzales Fades for the Double Dusting
A player in early position opened to 2,000 and Danny Gonzales called from middle position. The player on the button also called and action went three ways to a flop of .
"I'm all in!" said the original raiser with some oomph, making an all-in shove for well over the size of the pot. Action was then on Gonzales and he found himself confused, throwing one hand up into the air as if to ask why his opponent shoved.
"Alright," Gonzales then said before thinking for a few more moments. About 15 seconds later, a handful of T1,000 chips were dropped in to signify the call. The player on the button then went into the tank for over a minute and proceeded to also call all in for the rest of his chips, which totaled less than the original all-in amount.

Gonzales then saw he was up against flush and straight draws: "Okay, we're fading!" he said, tabling .
Fading was indeed what he needed to do and his prediction came true as the turn and river completed the runout in a safe fashion, scoring him the double knockout and the massive pot along the way.
"Get 'em!" he said, standing up from his chair as the pot was sent his way. He then sat down, stacked his chips, and got back to business.
"That easy, huh?" joked another player at the table. Gonzales nodded in approval.
