While the MSPT is the venue's biggest event each year, FireKeepers also host tournaments throughout the year.
One of them is a monthly $500 buy-in no-limit hold'em tournament, which tends to draw in crowds and offer up a juicy prize pool.
Last month, Dennis Brady and Paul Welke chopped that tournament, and as fate would have it, the duo are currently seated side-by-side here in the 2019 MSPT Michigan State Poker Championship.
