Sam DeSabio got it in for all his 50,000 on the flop with the nut straight versus Dave Grana's set.
Grana turned quads and after DeSabio made his exit form the table, Grana moved into the lead with 17 remaining.

This $300 PLO event drew 48 entries. The $15,000 guarantee was not met, so there is a bit of an overlay, but the fees essentially cover that. The players are certainly happy with what amounts to a rake-free event.
The top five will get paid with $6,000 set aside for the winner. Check the Payout Tab above for the rest of the details.

John Pihlak still loves the great game of Pot-Limit Omaha, just not the hand where he turned kings full of tens moments ago.
That's likely due to the fact Ted Blaszczak had quad tens and took most of the stack he built early on.

Jay Clark just became the first past 100,000 and took over the chip lead following a massive pot.
The amount of pots and repots on the flop and turn seem too many to count, but Clark and another opponent eventually got it all in for 80,000 on a 
board.
Clark had a set of queens over his opponent's set of eights and held on a river brick.

Nick Peperone says if you can't spot the sucker at the table in the first 20 minutes, you are the sucker.
But that's another story. This one is about Peperone taking the lead in this event knocking out James Miller twice in a row.
His aces held against a straight draw, then his straight held versus a flush draw. Miller, who cashed in big last night making the final table in the $160 First Wednesday of the Month event, appears to be done gambling and reentering now.
Peperone is on top of the counts.
