Catch Colin If You Can

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Colin Reid
Colin Reid

One wouldn't normally think a flop like the {2-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs} would cause a lot of fireworks. However, with 100,000 already in a heads-up pot between Colin Reid and Tim Campbell, that exact flop saw a raising war.

Reid bet 53,000, Campbell raised to 129,000 and Reid shoved for 125,000 more. Campbell called with the {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}, but Reid had the goods.

His {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} ultimately held on an {8-Spades}{7-Clubs} run out and Reid now has half a million. Campbell was left with half that.

Don't Kross Pfeifer

Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Randy Pfeifer has moved up to the 400,000 mark courtesy of an ill-timed shove by Nathan Kross.

Kross' nines were no match for Pfeifer's queens and as he hit the exit, Pfeifer is contending again.

Allott Extends

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Mark Allott
Mark Allott

With 200,000 in the pot already, Anthony Faulise called a 125,000-chip bet from Mark Alott on an {a-Hearts}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} board to the turn.

They both checked the {j-Hearts} river and Allott showed {3-Spades}{4-Diamonds} for trips. Faulise mucked and Allott is now firmly in the lead and closing in on a final table stack already.

Meet The New Boss

Level 18 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante
Keith Gray
Keith Gray

Keith Gray has taken hold of the chip lead after a massive cooler.

Some unfortunate soul ran kings into his aces for a 360,000-chip pot and when the dust settled, he was out and Gray was on top of the chip counts.

In the meantime, Jason Nablo came in with a huge stack, but will disappoint his legions of fans yet again by taking a second-level cash. He just never got it going today, losing pot after pot until all the chips were gone.
