The New Day
Level 5
: 200/400, 50 ante
Regular readers of this blog will know Aaron Obstein is often referred to as "The Barnacle." Once he gets in a tournament, it's almost impossible to knock him out.
The man plays the short stack like a champ and never gives up.
His dad Jerry Obstein, who most people around here call "Coach," is suddenly demonstrating some of those same skills on the other side of the room.
He called off with aces up against a flush and was left with barely enough for a small blind. However, he got that in with jack-king off and cracked queens on a king river the very next hand.
He's still only pushing three or four big blinds, but the way the Obstein's play, that could last all night.
