The Second Flight of The $1,100 RunGood Poker Series Main Event Begins At 11 a.m.
The 2023-2024 Fall-Spring season is coming to its end with the final series having already kicked off and the final Main Event of the season. The RunGood Poker Series makes its final stop at Harrah��s Casino in Kansas City, Missouri. The crown jewel of the stop is the $1,100 Main Event with a $200,000 guarantee.
Out of the 156 entrants from yesterday, only 19 players found their way to a bag. Two names rose to the top by the end of Day 1a. Colin Riesman who bagged 690,000, and Blair Hinkle who bagged 581,000. Many other RunGood regulars found their way to bags. Frank Kissick (380,000), Forrest Kollar (358,000), Steven McKuin (274,000), Shaun ��The Ghost�� Emery (274,000) Jackson Turrentine (256,000), David Gallimore (256,000), Chris Audrain (171,000), Justin Coliny (171,000), Clayton Soliz (144,000), Mark Van Keirsbilck (137,000), Michael Miller (120,000), and Ryan Ramsdell (89,000) will have their eyes set on their first RGPS Main Event trophy.

Other players are ready the fire and play this week. Rungood Poker Player of The Year to be Brian Winter will likely be playing today. WSOP bracelet winners Grant Hinkle and Michael Lech have all come out to play. They will be seated alongside midwestern regulars like Bret Karr, Taylor Howard, Brent Gregory, Ted Forshey, Daniel ��Donk�� Hughes, and former RGPS KC Main Event Champion Andre Allen. Defending champion William McCracken will likely be back to play today as well.
Players will begin this tournament with 30,000 with blinds beginning at 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante. Levels will last 30 minutes each, with a 15-minute break occurring at the conclusion of every four levels. Once Level 9 begins, registration will be closed and play will continue until the money is reached at 12.5%. Those players will bag up and return to play to a winner on Sunday, May 19th.
