Rickets Triples with Aces; Truman Under the Weather

Level 15 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

On a flop of 2?10?7?, Scott Rickets was already all in while Truman Weatherly and another player battled it out on the side.

Weatherly checked to his opponent who then set out a large bet of 70,000 and Weatherly tanked for a good while before he sighed and slid his cards into the muck.

Scott Rickets: A?A?
Opponent: J?J?

The board ran out 2?6? for Rickets' aces to hold and he was awarded the pot for a triple-up. Meanwhile, Weatherly was kicking himself at the runout and had to take a walk to calm down.

Preston McEwen

After getting a shove through the previous hand, Preston McEwen moved all in preflop once again but was called by Jacob Foley to put him at risk.

Preston McEwen: A?2?
Jacob Foley: K?K?

McEwen would need some help to stay alive, but the runout of [10hqs1-s3h7c] did not do it and he was sent t the registration desk to immediately jump into another tournament.
