'Mr. Aces' Strikes Again

Level 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

On a heads-up flop of {2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{10-Spades}, Ronald Slucker checked it to Bradley Beetz, who made it 24,000 to go. Then Slucker decided to put in a check-raise to 60,000, which Beetz called.

The turn came out the {a-Hearts} and this time Slucker led out for 40,000 but was then raised to 130,000 by Beetz. After some time in the tank, Slucker made the call and the two went to the river {6-Diamonds}.

Slucker decided to lead out again, this time announcing a bet of 100,000, which Beetz just called after pausing for just a second.

"We got 'em again, baby!" Slucker shouted as he proudly flipped over {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} for top set of aces while Beetz flashed {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for top-two pair, a brutal cooler.

According to the table, that is the third time in five hands that Slucker has picked up aces, so he has now been dubbed 'Mr. Aces'.
