Jesse Jones Bags Chip Lead In RGPS Joplin Main Event
After 8 hours of play and 235 entrants, the final 29 players have bagged up for the evening in Day 1a of RunGood Poker $600 No-Limit Hold��em Main Event at Downstream Casino In Joplin, Missouri.
Leading the way was Jesse Jones, who ended the night bagging 583,000. Jones began the day rather quietly, but as the night went on he found himself on the right end of several big pots. During the bubble he applied maximum pressure against his opponents with many finding folds. Jones holds $413,449 in lifetime earnings and will be looking to add not only some more to that total, but a first RGPS title.
