The RGPS Council Bluffs Main Event Kicks Off Tonight at 7 p.m.
The Run Good Poker Series' first stop of the season is getting ready for its $575 buy-in $100,000 Guarantee Main Event. The first of three Day 1 flights starts at 7 p.m.
Players start with 20,000 chips and will play 12 30-minute levels before bagging for Day 2, which will restart February 12 at noon. This is a multiple reentry tournament and registration is open for the first nine levels.
In addition to the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool, each player who makes the final table will win their way into a special "Showbound" satellite. At the end of the Run Good Poker Series season the satellite entrants will play for two spots on Poker After Dark, which will air on PokerGo. Each winner will receive a buyin for a $5,000 sit and go and a chance to play with some of the biggest names in poker.
The "Showbound" satellite seats are also awarded to any player who wins a side event throughout the season.
For now, the players are focused on the season's first Main Event at the Council Bluffs Horseshoe and the estimated $30,000 first-place prize. Follow all the action right here on PokerNews.
