2023 Potomac Winter Poker Open
A player in middle position opened to 60,000 and was called by the cutoff, button, Jason Bregger in the small blind and the big blind.
Action checked through the flop to the turn at which point Bregger checked for a second time. The big blind led out for 100,000, enough to get rid of all of his opponents bar Bregger, who responded by raising to 350,000. The big blind thought for some time before releasing his holding. Bregger revealed he held for a complete bluff with his aggression earning him some valuable chips.

Phil Neiman moved all in from early position and action folded around to Emmanuel Nbatu in the cutoff who re-jammed his slightly larger stack. The remaining players got out of the way to put Neiman officially at risk.
Phil Neiman:
Emmanuel Nbatu:
Neiman would need to win a flip to survive but surged into a commanding lead following the flop. The turn and river kept him ahead to secure a big double while leaving Nbatu with crumbs.

Picking up the action partway through the hand, Rob Cohen was all in and at risk from under the gun against a middle position player.
Rob Cohen:
Middle Position Player:
Cohen had once again found pocket rockets and was well placed to double and survive. That is exactly what happened following the runout to keep Cohen's hopes of victory alive for at least a little longer.

A player opened to 50,000 from early position before a player in middle position moved all in. Action then folded around to Mark Martin on the button and he opted to re-jam his large stack. The small blind called off for their tournament life while the original raiser folded to setup a three-way all in.
Small Blind Player:
Middle Position Player:
Mark Martin:
Martin held a commanding lead over both of his opponents and was in a decent position to get the double knockout and two mystery bounty tickets. Nothing changed on the flop or the turn with the river completing a clean runout for the pocket rockets.

Action folded around to Sheldon Poe in the small blind who chose to raise to 110,000. Jacob Hershey seemed somewhat confused at the large sizing but did make the call to send the players heads-up to the flop.
Both players checked through the flop to the turn at which point Poe checked for a second time. Hershey fired off 60,000 which was promptly called by Poe.
The river came and for a third time Poe checked. Hershey was not yet willing to go to showdown, pushing 100,000 into the middle. Poe tossed in a chip to call and tabled , pipping Hershey's to the pot.

A player opened to 42,000 from middle position and received a single call from Christopher Wolfe out of the big blind.
Wolfe checked to the initial raiser on a flop of and the middle position player continued for 35,000. That did not dissuade Wolfe who flatted.
The turn saw Wolfe check for a second time and his opponent once more bet, this time sizing up to 115,000. Despite the larger sizing, Wolfe was not going anywhere and made the call.
Wolfe checked for a third time as the completed the board. The middle position player was not prepared to go to a cheap showdown and fired off a third barrel of 200,000. After just a few moments, Wolfe called and tabled , good enough to take down a large pot.
