Stuer Sends Palumbo Packing

Picking up the action with a raise to 2,900 by Julian Stuer on the button, Rocco Palumbo then followed that up with a reraise to 8,000 in the cutoff and Stuer called. Both players checked the 
flop and Palumbo bet 10,300 on the 
turn. Stuer called and Palumbo slowed down, checking the 
river.
Stuer moved all in for effectively 28,150, as that's what Palumbo had left. The Italian used one time bank and started table talk, but Stuer showed no reaction at all. A dsecond time bank was used and Palumbo then called. Stuer rolled over 
and Palumbo mucked
