Chip Lead Race
Level 13
: 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
At this stage, three players have widened the gap between themselves and everyone else in the race for the chip lead. George Wolff is still in front, but Imad Derwiche and Dominykas Karmazinas have closed the gap. Derwiche is at Wolff's table, albeit across from him, but any fireworks between those two would likely go a long way to determining the leader at day's end.
Derwiche has been on fire since reentering. He just raked in a pot after Anthony Zinno limped early and Bogdan Capitan made it 18,000. Derwiche called, as did Zinno. Derwiche led into both opponents for 40,000 on the flop and got two fairly quick folds.
