Lisawad and Neilson Battle, Troyanovskiy Gives Poker Lessons

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

We caught the action on the turn in a three-way hand between Vladimir Troyanovskiy, Pakinai Lisawad and Daniel Neilson with a sizable pot brewing and the board reading {2-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{10-Hearts} just as the action has been checked over to Neilson on the button, who decided to bet out for 8,000.

Troyanovskiy tanked but folded and action was on Lisawad who chewed over the decision before throwing in the call to take play heads up to the {4-Diamonds} river.

Lisawad checked it over to Neilson who ran the shot clock down to 3-seconds before tossing in a chunky bet of 35,000.

Lisawad tanked hard, burning through the first of his time bank chips before eventually folding.

That was a bluff, said Troyanovskiy.

It felt bluffy, but I wasnt sure, said Lisawad, and how come you dont call if you think its a bluff? he quizzed.

If you fold on the flop I check raise, retorted the Russian.

Well I folded a queen there, said Lisawad who was left with 26,400 after the hand.

This found its way into the middle the very next hand when Lisawad and Neilson tangled in another pot and became involved in a pre-flop raising war.

Both players had ace-king, Lisawad with {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} and Neilson with {a-Spades}{k-Hearts} but with neither player even coming close to making a flush this resulted in an unexciting chop.
