Prifti Pouncing On Weakness

Preflop, Andrew Jeffreys opened to 10,000 from under the gun with Angelo Prifti calling out of the big blind.

The flop came {5-Spades}

and Prifti checked to Adgee. Adgee fired out a 12,000-chip continuation bet. Prifti's response was to move all his chips in and this sent Adgee into the tank.

After some think time, Adgee stated "I have top pair". This elicited no response from Prifti.

In the end Adgee open mucked the {j-Diamonds}

and was met with Prifti opening {10-Spades}

for just middle pair.

Prifti moved up to 177,000. The very next hand Nguyen opened from early position to 10,000 and Prifti quickly moved all his chips in. It folded back to Nguyen who laid his hand down.

Both Adgee and Nguyen took frustrated walks away from the table immediately following Prifti's burst of action.
