Ho Sets a Trap for Siow
Graeme Siow had been surfing a short stack since getting back from the dinner break, and despite taking down the blinds and ante two hands in a row the Singaporean couldn't make it three from three after walking into the bear trap set by Choy Wing Ho.
Siow had shoved from the big blind the hand previously and looked poised to do so again when Ho tossed in a 1,000 call from early position. The player in the hijack made the call and action folded to the player on the button who tanked for close to three minutes before realizing action was on him, then immediately folded sheepishly.
Siow made a speedy shove and was beaten into the pot by Ho, folding out the player in the hijack and the cards were revealed.

Siow was the at-risk player and was up against the best starting hand in poker, and while the flop brought the Singaporean some hope, the turn left him looking for the decks two remaining jacks, which failed to materialize on the river, thinning the field by one.
