Zhao Busts Luo
The Day 2b players are now in action, but Wen Xiong Luo did not get to experience all that much of it, busting at the hands of China's Dong Zhao.
It was Zhao who was the instigator of Luo's demise, opening the action to 3,300 from middle position and picking up two callers, with small blind Ke Fei Na making the call, as well as Luo in the big blind.
It was all checks all around on the rather dry flop, with Luo taking a stab for 3,400 on the turn after Na checked the action over. Both Zhao and Na called to keep it three-way to the river, and this is where Luo came unstuck.
Luo moved all-in for his last 20,000 after Na checked again, with Zhao making a quick call. Na folded and Luo found out the bad news, his flopped two pair had been rivered by Zhao's with the latter making a straight to stack up to 120,000, while a disgruntled Luo headed for the rail.
