Bubble Play Remains Cautious

Level 17 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Orpen Kisacikoglu raised to 90,000 and Jean-Noel Thorel called from the big blind. The flop was {2-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Spades}. Both players checked down the {10-Hearts} turn and the {4-Diamonds} river. Thorel turned over {a-Spades}{2-Diamonds} to take the pot with a pair of deuces.

A few moments later, Justin Bonomo raised to 275,000 from the button and Artur Martirosian spent two time banks before he folded from the big blind to give up the pot.

In another hand, Jean-Noel Thorel raised to 80,000 and Sam Greenwood made it 300,000. That was too much and Thorel gave it up.
