Wakil Holds for a Double

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Jamil Wakil raised to 35,000 and Sylvain Loosli called from the button before Allan Ribeiro came along from the small blind. Michel Dattani tossed in the chips to call from the big blind, and action was four-handed.

The flop was {3-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and Ribeiro checked. Dattani checked behind and Wakil bet 50,000. Loosli called and Ribeiro raised to 150,000, which got Dattani out of the way before Wakil shoved for 575,000. That was too much for Loosli, but Ribeiro called and the cards were turned up.

Jamil Wakil: {j-Spades}{9-Spades}
Allan Ribeiro: {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}

The board finished up {4-Clubs}{k-Spades} and Wakil dodged the heart draw to secure the double. Prior to folding, Loosli mucked {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and Dattani threw away {7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}.
