Etcheverry Continues to Roll
We got to the table with a pot brewing on the turn and the board showing . JC Alvarado and Juan Etcheverry had checked out of the blinds to Alex Klimashin who bet 20,000. Alvarado called and Etcheverry check-raised to 78,000. Klimashin called and Alvarado quickly got out of the way.
The river was the and Etcheverry moved all in for an effective 230,000. Klimashin thought for about a minute and then made the call. Etcheverry turned over for the flopped nut flush and Klimashin slid his cards to the dealer, knowing that he could not beat that hand and that he was also eliminated in the process.
Etcheverry moved above the two million chip mark with that pot as he continues to accumulate chips here on Day 4 after entering the day with the chip lead.
