Martin Finger raised to 45,000 from the small blind and Mike McDonald called from the big blind. The flop came 
and Finger continued out for 55,000. McDonald called and the 
hit the turn. Finger slowed with a check and McDonald took this opportunity to lead for 100,000. Finger moved all in over the top for what looked to be around 450,000 and McDonald snapped him off.
