Lefrancois Keeps Climbing

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

We caught up with a hand in which Pascal Lefrancois and Andrew Chen were looking down at a completed board of {A-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades}{8-Hearts}{4-Spades}. Lefrancois came out with a river bet of 14,500 and Chen opted to let his hand go. This brought Lefrancois up to 320,000.

A few hands later, Lefrancois raised to 2,700 from middle position and found calls from Walid Raysuli Mubarak Shenadeh in the cutoff and Ryan Forest in the big blind. The flop came down {K-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Forest checked. Shenadeh bet 4,500 and both players called.

Fourth street was the {J-Spades} and there were three checks, which allowed the {3-Spades} to finish off the board. Forest moved 18,000 forward and Shenadeh folded. Lefrancois called and Forest showed {6-Hearts}{5-Spades} for two pair.

Lefrancois rolled over {K-Spades}{J-Hearts} for a higher two pair and took down another pot. He's now sitting on about 358,000 in chips.
