The tournament featured a $20,000 guaranteed prize pool, which was exceeded as the night went on and several players found themselves out of chips only momentarily due to the option to re-enter as many times as they wished.
Only 33 players remained when the registration period closed and that number dropped to 18 by the time the next break was reached only a few levels later.
Of the 18 to remain, only 15 made it into the money. "Yogapaul1 was one to bust before the bubble burst, and within an hour, play was not only in the money, but had reached the final table.
"DaCoolerKing" was the chip leader when the final table was reached but it was "maniacalmonk" who started accumulating chips after they eliminated "miggsnj" (ninth place). The next two elimination happened in quick succession as "buckets44" was the next to fall (eighth place) followed by "MistaMenza" (seventh place).
Once there were only six players remaining, it only took one full level before they all fell victim to "maniacalmonk".
