Aleksandr Gofman raised to six million first to act and Leonid Logunov moved all in for 39 million from the small blind, which Gofman snap-called.

Leonid Logunov: {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}
Aleksandr Gofman: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}

The flop of {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{8-Spades} left Logunov in rough shape, needing running jacks for quads in order to avoid elimination. It was all over after the {9-Clubs} turn, making the {3-Spades} river a formality. Logunov was eliminated in

$1m Guaranteed 8-Max: Dubini Drops, Two Tables Remain

Level 31 : 1,500,000/3,000,000, 3,000,000 ante
Richard Dubini, gone from the 8-Max in tough-to-take fashion
Richard Dubini, gone from the 8-Max in tough-to-take fashion

Just 16 players are left in the hunt for the $266,800 top prize in the $1million-guaranteed 8-Max Side Event here at MILLIONS Russia.

The partypoker Sponsored Pro Richard Dubini will not be among the final table players, having been dealt a bad beat on his way out.

"I had jacks against sixes," the Argentinian told us. "I flopped a jack and he hit runner-runner flush to knock me out."

Dubini may be out of the door, but his fellow partypoker Sponsored Pros Anatoly Filatov (1.5m) and Johnny Lodden (750,000) remain. Both are shorter than the 2.4m average, but as Lodden told us, he expects to have "3.5 million chips very soon." That's what you call announcing your goal.

Serial live tournament casher Konstantin Puchkov remains in contention for the title with 1.6m, but it's Daniel Clark, who qualified for the Main Event on partypoker, who continues to take the plaudits. He has just under 7 million after eliminating two more players. It's hard not to see the in-form British player making the final table. He has had all the momentum today on the final day.
