"3 Putts" Makes Five Clubs
A player made it 1,000 to go from uner the gun and defending champion Nghia Le, known locally as "3 Putts" went all in over the top for 7,500 from middle position. Action folded around to the small blind, who asked for a count before announcing a call.
Action was then on Eric Eelkema, who was in the big blind and announced he was all in as well. The original opener folded and the small blind verbalized a call for a three-way all-in preflop situation.

Eric Eelkema:
Small Blind:
The small blind covered both players but was also the furthest behind in the hand. Meanwhile, "3 Putts" found his suited big slick also firmly behind Eelkema's pair of aces. The flop came , giving "3 Putts" nine clubs plus the case king in the deck as outs for the triple. The turn was clean, leaving Eelkema out in front but the river that fell behind it gave "3 Putts" the nuts, earning him the triple along the way while Eelkema's aces were second-best and still good for the side pot.
