Joe Serock Takes the Chip Lead

Level 28 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

On the first hand of play, the action folded to Joe Serock in the small blind and he raised to 160,000 and picked up the big blind and antes.

On the second hand he opened his button to 110,000, and once the blinds folded, Serock showed his {9-Spades}{8-Spades}.

With those two pots, Joe Serock is now over the 3 million chip mark and holding the chip lead.

Break Time

Level 27 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Originally the tournament was going to take a 5-minute break to do a color-up and then the longer 15-minute break was going to be taken once the final table was reached.

With Henrik Tellving being eliminated while the other table had already gone on break, the plan is to continue with the 5-minute break as planned, then players will return and re-draw for the final table before taking an extended break before the official final table begins.

Joe Serock opened the cutoff to 80,000 and both Ryan Readenour and Henrik Tellving called in the blinds.

The flop landed {2-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} and the action was checked to Serock who bet 145,000. Readenour folded, but Tellving pushed all in for 560,000. Serock called, and the cards were tabled.

Serock: {A-Spades}{K-Spades}
Tellving: {K-Clubs}{10-Spades}

The turn and river landed the {Q-Hearts} and {7-Spades}, and Tellving was eliminated in 10th place for a $9,727 payday.

Serock Turns Full House

Level 27 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Andrew Warren opened to 100,000 and Joe Serock three-bet to 250,000 from the button.

Warren called, and when the flop landed {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}, he led out for 145,000. Serock called, and when the turn landed the {10-Clubs}, both players checked.

The river landed the {6-Diamonds} and Warren checked to Serock who bet 230,000. Warren called tabling his {A-}{Q-}, but it would be Serock's {A-Clubs}{9-Spades} that would earn him the pot.
