Cuzzone Shoves on Spataru

Ettore Cuzzone raised to 11,000 in the cutoff and Nejat Erman called in the small blind. Andrei Spataru then three-bet to 45,000 in the big blind and only Cuzzone called.
The flop came K?J?4? and Spataru led out for 27,000. Cuzzone instantly shoved forward a tower of white 25,000 chips to put Spataru all in.
Spataru had around 160,000 remaining and tanked for a moment. Another player at the table eventually called the clock.
"I thought for 30 seconds," Spataru protested.
"It's no problem," Cuzzone told him, and the time request was called off. Spataru then folded and Cuzzone showed him the K?.
"Thanks for showing. I had queens," Spataru said.
