Fkih Benefits From Confusion And Doubles

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Yury Salikaev bet 2,000 from middle position and was called by Ali Fkih in the hijack who flicked in a blue 5,000 chip.

The small blind threw five 1,000 chips into the middle intending to make change for Fkih, but as it was their turn to act and still had cards in their possession the floor ruled that it was a raise.

With the small blind already posted this made the unintentional bet 5,600 by the small blind. Francesco Vitali in the big blind four-betted to 9,000 which forced Salikaev to fold, however, Fkih elected to move all in for 41,700. The small blind folded and Vitali made the call.

Ali Fkih: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}
Francesco Vitali: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

The board of {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} was clean for Fkih who more than doubled up and left Vitali with only half a big blind.
