Day 2 of the €1,500 Progressive Bounty Starts at 2 P.M.
One of the more unique tournaments at the 2018 Master Classics of Poker is the €1,500 Progressive Bounty. €500 out of the buy-in went on their heads and you win half of the bounty from the player if you send them to the rail. The tournament started with 181 players and they will continue with 17 players today. A winner will be crowned today and they will receive no less than €41,452 and that is without the bounties.
Daan van Hoogmoed will start the day as chip leader. Each player started with 20,000 and Van Hoogmoed managed to bag an impressive 571,500 at the end of the first day. Toan Nguyen (417,000) and Cem Degirmenci (389,000) are the closest followers of Van Hoogmoed. The biggest bounty in the room stands on Daniyar Aubakirov. His bounty is worth €4,170 at the moment. Frank de Wolf (223,000), Paul Berende (141,000), and Joris Ruijs (34,000) made Day 2 as well.
Levels will be 40 minutes long and they start in level 15\8: 2,500/5,000 with a big blind ante of 5,000. The average stack at the start of the day is a little over 2,000 which gives the players still plenty of room to play. At the end of the day, a new winner will be crowned at the Master Classics of Poker, taking home over €40,000.
