Today was a very good day for O'Brian on the felt as he bagged 245,000 in Flight C and won the Main Event seat raffle.

A very loquacious personality, O'Brian had stories for days for his fellow players about everything from Whitey Bulger and the mob to his Vietnam Days and being in the Marines.

As for his poker playing, "I play for the fun of it, not the money" he said the Lone Star Poker Series. "We will see what happens Sunday."
